Key Responsibilities: Ownership of Accounting Functions: Take full ownership of the accounting function, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, and financial statements are prepared in a timely manner. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the accounting process, including identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues independently. General Ledger Management: Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring that all entries are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Compliance and Internal Controls: Implement and uphold proper accounting methods, policies, and principles to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record of managing general ledger activities, month-end closings, and accruals.
