The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of pre-sold products. The Delivery Driver must understand all company policies and procedures of said delivery. Delivery Driver Responsibilities & Duties: • Professionalism, • Industry Leading Customer Service, • Vehicle and Department of Transportation (DOT), • Follow Safety Policies & Procedures, • Daily pre and post safety checks & inspections of delivery vehicle, • Perform routine maintenance of assigned vehicle (i.e., check fluids, lights, etc.), • Load and Unload, • Safely load and unload vehicle with designated products, • Securing the vehicle, equipment, and product inventory, • Limit movement of product on flatbed, • Obtain appropriate signatures from customers to verify receipts of delivered products., • Ability to lift and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds for delivery of items., • Repetitive heavy lifting, bending, pulling, and pushing., • Must be eligible to work in the United States, • Must possess and maintain a Commercial Class B Driver’s License, • Experience with Manual & Automatic transmissions., • Responsible for daily paperwork and proper completion of all company documents, • Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner., • Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service in all aspects of the job., • Knowledge of company objectives, • Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment, • Understands the importance of detail and accuracy., • Ability to work well in a team environment and is always willing to assist others., • Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.     PURPOSE The purpose of Flight Checker is to ensure the accurate preparation, organization, verification, and loading of all order equipment and food items in accordance with production loading diagrams and operational standards. The position is responsible for coordinating 3rd Party shipping orders, aircraft trolley and container setups, verifying product accuracy and placement, managing cold-chain logistics, and implementing last-minute count updates to ensure flights and shipping orders are fully compliant, on time, and of the highest service quality. This role supports production and shipping operations by maintaining strict adherence to company procedures, safety regulations, and management directives while ensuring clients receive consistent order deliveries. Candidates must have availability to work Sunday through Friday, with Saturdays off. Shifts are scheduled within the organization’s hours of operation: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Oversee the meals setup and equipment of 3rd Party shipping orders and verify orders are closed and ready for shipping according to company procedures. · Verify there is a 3rd Party Order Report for each shipping order and Transfer responsibility to the receiving party with this form as per company procedures. · Oversee order traffic from refrigerators to setup and back. Make sure all equipment is returned to rightful place. · In case of count updates, advise production what to prepare and make sure all changes are incorporated before shipping. · Follow managers’ direction and company regulations.
