Maison Fleuret is a French patisserie and baking school renowned for its hands-on pastry and viennoiserie workshops in Paris, led by certified pastry chefs. Rooted in tradition and inspired by the warmth of family gatherings, our classes celebrate the flavors, techniques, and culture of French baking.
This December, we are opening our first U.S. location in the heart of Soho. Designed around the French art de vivre, our New York atelier will offer an immersive, creative, and welcoming environment where guests can learn, create, and share.
As we grow, we’re building a team of passionate professionals who want to bring authentic French pastry culture to New York and help shape a new culinary destination.
