Qualifications: • Proven experience in food production, with a significant portion in a bakery or similar food manufacturing environment., • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting., • Strong understanding of food safety principles (HACCP, GMPs) and hygiene standards., • Ability to operate and maintain a variety of production machinery safely and efficiently., • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills., • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to product quality and consistency., • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment., • High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications are a plus., • Must possess valid work authorization., • Must be available FULL TIME and able to work 40 hours minimum per week.
