I am looking for an experienced kitchen lead to run my cook unity operation. Real chef experience is a must, minimum 2 years. High pressure, large scale meal prep and plating. Managing a team of 2-3 people. 5 sometimes 6 days a week. If you are regimented, organized and thrive in a fast paced environment this job is for you. Salary based off experience.
