



We are looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting smooth kitchen operations during service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper portioning
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with food prep, inventory rotation, and storage
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Work efficiently during busy service hours
Comply with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
Preferred Skills:
Culinary training or certification is a plus
Experience with grill, sauté, fryer, or prep stations
Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
