Job Description:
SI Premiere Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with real estate experience to support our growing real estate office. The ideal candidate will assist with listing management, social media marketing, and general administrative support for agents.


This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage property listings (MLS experience preferred)
  • Assist with social media marketing and property promotion
  • Prepare and organize listing materials and marketing content
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents
  • Maintain office organization and manage documentation

Qualifications:

  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Familiarity with MLS systems is a plus
  • Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
