Retail Store Manager – Clothing Boutique (Bay Ridge, Brooklyn) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a chic young women's clothing boutique located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and passionate about fashion, customer service, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. This is a full-time role (approximately 40 hours per week) responsible for managing store operations, staff support, inventory control, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
