About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in sales and retail operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with styling and clothing selection.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Learning about our products to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to excellent customer service.
- Organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Preferred but not required: Ability to speak Chinese or Spanish to assist diverse customers.
- Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 20+ years old.
- No experience required, but prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
