Harlem Collective is looking for commission based advertising sales. You must be a self starter, go getter. What you make is based on how well you are able to build a relationship with a potential advertising client. Harlem Collective is a resident Artist program for emerging African American opera singers. We perform in three theaters here in Manhattan/Harlem. We are looking for advertising sales executives to assist us in selling advertising on our platforms.

Handle transactions efficiently and solve any issues with a smile. - Merchandising: Keep our displays looking fresh! Help with restocking and organizing, so every item is easy to find and beautifully showcased. Qualifications - Retail Experience: 2+ years in retail or sales, with a knack for hitting sales goals. - Customer Focus: You’re a people person with a passion for delivering top-notch service. - Pop Culture Lover: You’re tuned into 90s and Y2K vibes and can channel that love into connecting with customers. - Communication Skills: You’re a strong communicator who can work well with customers and the team. - Team Player: Collaboration is key—be ready to jump in and support your fellow Aliens. - Flexibility: Available for a variety of shifts (weekends and holidays are part of the deal!). LOOKING FOR: RETAIL SALESPERSON LOCATION: CHINATOWN, NYC DATES: WEDNESDAYS - SUNDAYS, 11AM - 7PM (part - time) We are looking for smart, dependable, and kind people. Customer service experience is a plus, but it's not required. The pay is hourly plus commission. It's a fun job if you think you'd like working in fashion and helping awesome customers from all around the world. The role, primarily, is making sales and engaging customers. The role also involves restocking, steaming, tidying up the shop, and reporting on the day’s progress. Maintaining shop Customer service opening and closing the shop

Ideal candidate will be highly motivated to work at local and regional pop up markets, craft fairs, and other temporary events selling baked goods and other delicious treats. Assisting in activities including set up and break down of the temporary booth, preparing items to be sold, interacting with potential customers, handing out samples to attendees are some of the requirements. Must have interpersonal skills (friendly, outgoing, cheerful, talkative) and learn a simple product line to assist in sales of products. If prospective hire shows great skill and drive in the above areas, opportunities to run a show with their own helper will follow. Great opportunities for growth if motivated. Proficiency in English language a must. Personal transportation (car) to shows strongly recommended for assistant and mandatory for associates running a show. Applicant must be a legal citizen or resident, or must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
