The Ninja Scouts of New York City are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead and mentor young ninja scouts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for teaching, leadership, & stealth arts!

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly ninja training sessions covering skills such as stealth, agility, discipline, and teamwork.
- Mentor young ninja scouts, fostering their development both as ninjas and responsible citizens.
- Organize and oversee scout activities, including field missions, community service, and survival challenges.
- Ensure all activities are safe, fun, and align with the Ninja Scouts’ code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Martial arts or ninja training experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with youth or in leadership roles.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of young ninja scouts with patience & enthusiasm.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in stealth, agility, and problem-solving under pressure.
- Experience with planning & executing events or missions.
- Knowledge of traditional ninja tools & tactics (bo staffs, shuriken, etc.).
