Customer Service: • Direct customer inquiries to appropriate team members., • Provide product and sales information to customers via email., • Sales Support:, • Assist the sales team in entering customer orders during peak selling seasons., • Coordinate trade show registrations, booth setup, and sample shipments., • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as needed. Qualifications and Skills: • 2–5 years of experience in office management or administrative support., • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines., • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion., • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance., • Experience working with a sales team is a plus but not required., • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
