We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to support the daily operations of multiple business locations. ( All within walking distance 1-2 block radius) This role works alongside our managers, providing guidance, support, and an objective perspective to help maintain high operational standards.
This is not a store manager position. Instead, you’ll work across two locations, helping managers succeed by identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring consistency, and making sure nothing gets overlooked.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
* Visit multiple locations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Partner with managers to improve efficiency without disrupting their leadership.
* Identify operational issues, inconsistencies, or opportunities that may be overlooked.
* Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing walkthroughs.
* Follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.
Staff Leadership & Development
* Assist managers with employee coaching and training.
* Help onboard new team members.
* Reinforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
* Support managers in developing strong, accountable teams.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
* Ensure locations meet company cleanliness and operational standards.
* Verify compliance with health, food safety, and sanitation regulations where applicable.
* Inspect kitchens, customer areas, storage rooms, and workspaces.
* Help locations remain inspection-ready at all times.
Customer Experience
* Observe guest interactions and identify opportunities to improve service.
* Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally.
* Promote a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
Inventory & Operations
* Monitor inventory practices and help reduce waste.
* Verify deliveries, storage procedures, and organization.
* Report operational trends and recommend improvements.
* Assist ownership with operational reporting and follow-up.
Facilities & Maintenance
* Identify maintenance needs before they become larger problems.
* Coordinate with managers to ensure repairs are completed.
* Help maintain safe, clean, and organized facilities.
Qualifications
* Leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.(2 years minimum)
*Food Handlers Certificate (must )
* Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build relationships and coach others with professionalism and respect.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
* Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
