Job Summary: Talent Acquisition Recruiter
This role involves executing a top-tier recruitment strategy that aligns with the firm's culture, values, and success factors. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will enhance relationships with business unit managers, understand business needs, and translate them into effective recruiting practices.
Responsibilities:

  • Enhance team capabilities to meet business demands
  • Manage recruitment for various positions across levels
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Develop strong internal relationships with HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team, Business Unit Managers, and HRBPs to execute workforce plans within budget

Ideal Candidate:
  • 2-4 years of corporate recruitment experience, including direct sourcing for niche and volume positions
  • Strong team player with urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into strategic recruitment actions
  • Quick understanding of business strategy and position requirements
  • Flexible, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy, positive attitude, and success-driven
  • Strong relationship-building skills with regional and global stakeholders
