Position Overview We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Senior Dockside Agent to be the welcoming face of our operation. In this role, you’ll ensure passengers have a smooth check-in experience, assist with boarding, and handle day-of ticket sales at the dock. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent guest service while helping drive revenue. Responsibilities Greet passengers and provide a warm, professional first impression. Manage check-in for Louisa of the Seas, Eternity, and Grande Marinercruises. Answer guest questions and provide information about cruise options, schedules, and services. Sell tickets at the dock to walk-up customers, upselling where appropriate. Coordinate with onboard and dockside teams to ensure timely boarding and departures. Handle payments, issue tickets, and maintain accurate transaction records. Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously. Evening and weekend work required. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services, ticketing, hospitality, or tourism preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
