Structures typically include revolvers, term loans, delayed draw term loans, and CAPEX lines across multiple product lines. Transaction types typically include leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, refinances, growth capital, recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions, etc.., • Underwriting: Support due diligence efforts as Agent or Participant for Borrowers across the F&B value chain (i.e. manufacturers, processors distributors, grocers, etc.).
