You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience while visiting our establishment. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor., • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail., • Prepare and serve handcrafted shave ice treats, incorporating our signature flavors and toppings., • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines., • Assist with cleaning duties, including wiping down tables, counters, and equipment., • Stock inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are available to meet customer demands., • Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences., • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner., • Process customer payments using a cash register or point-of-sale system., • Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, flavor options, and pricing., • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service., • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times., • Previous customer service experience is preferred., • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively., • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions., • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays., • Competitive pay based on experience and performance., • Fun and vibrant work environment., • Opportunity to learn about and create handcrafted shave ice treats.
