Job Description Commercial Litigation Paralegal Location: Garden City, NY Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift, Hybrid: 4 days in the office) Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 Per Year We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a busy and dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-stakes litigation while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case intake through trial and appeal., • Draft, review, and edit pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, and legal correspondence., • Manage and organize case files, exhibits, discovery, and evidence., • Conduct factual and legal research, including review of statutes, case law, and regulations., • Assist with e-discovery, document production, and analysis of large volumes of records., • Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics., • Track and maintain deadlines, filing requirements, and case calendars., • Liaise with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff as needed., • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate (ABA-approved program preferred)., • Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, with commercial litigation strongly preferred., • Thorough knowledge of state and federal court rules, discovery practices, and filing procedures., • Skilled with legal research platforms (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and e-discovery tools., • Strong written and verbal communication abilities., • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package., • Annual bonus eligibility., • Exposure to complex, high-profile litigation matters., • Supportive and team-oriented culture., • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
