We will provide high-level training and ongoing supervision to the right person. BCBA supervision possible for ABA Graduate students. Bachelors Degree required. The Paraprofessional / Behavior Specialist is a full-time, 35 hour per week, salaried position, working under the supervision of a BCBA and BCBA-D. ROOTS exists in order to help clients learn to manage potentially disruptive behavior and to teach them appropriate, functional and adaptive skills using techniques based in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You will learn how to run Functional Analyses and related Treatment Analysis sessions. From there you will learn how to develop and implement Behavior Plans and how to train teachers and/or parents.
