Experience Approximately 4-7 years of experience in mechanical contracting including HVAC, plumbing and piping. Experience with Scheduling, Submittals, RFI's, Close out Documentation, Quality Control Inspections, Buyouts Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications. Bachelor's degree is a plus Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry is preferred. Familiarity with Bluebeam, or similar project management software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of contract management and construction processes. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
