    We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to enhance our growing Tax department with strong tax and accounting expertise. This role involves reviewing Federal and state tax returns, managing staff, and focusing on real estate industry tax matters. Key Responsibilities: • Review partnership tax returns, S corporations, and high net-worth individual tax returns., • Manage and coordinate tax compliance, consulting engagements, and related projects., • Analyze partnership agreements and financial statements for accurate income, deductions, and allocations., • Research and implement complex partnership tax issues, including capital account maintenance and allocation methodologies., • Assist with tax planning and structuring for real estate transactions, including 1031 exchanges and qualified opportunity zones., • Stay updated on tax issues, new legislation, and trends to provide proactive client service., • Build relationships with clients to offer exceptional planning and consulting expertise., • Supervise, train, and develop staff while managing team resources and engagement workflow., • Improve processes by implementing best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field., • CPA, JD, or EA license., • 8+ years of experience in reviewing complex tax returns., • Experience with real estate-specific tax topics, including partnership taxation, 1031 exchanges, and real estate depreciation methods., • Proficiency in tax accounting, tax compliance, and various tax returns., • Preferable knowledge of QuickBooks., • Experience in supervising, managing teams, and mentoring staff., • Exceptional collaboration, communication, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and deadline commitment., • Strong alignment with our core values of Honesty and Candor, Continual Learning, Innovation, Mentorship, Leadership, Team Player, and Client Commitment.
