The Radiology Technologist performs general x-ray procedures consistent with industry standards, regulations and Meridian policy, under the direction of the Physician. In this role, you will need to be able to work in either Edison, NJ or Old Bridge, NJ. Responsibilties: A day in the life of a Radiology Technologist at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: • Communication: Explains procedures to patients to inform and alleviate potential anxiety and to minimize need for additional exposure. Informs patients of follow up instructions as required. All information relayed to patients is clearly and accurately documented in the charts., • Compliance: Consistently complies with CLIA, OSHA, and other state/government regulatory standards/ requirements and agencies. Ensures that equipment is serviced on time., • Inventory Management: Monitors work area, supply inventory and equipment. Notifies Practice Manager, or designee, when supplies are low. Completes pertinent patient history and accurately records data into medical record and/or radiology equipment., • Radiology Procedures: Verifies the identity of the patient by asking the patient's full name and date of birth, which should be compared to the physician order. A Prosthetist/Orthotist provides total prosthetic & orthotic patient management to clients. Assists the Director with clinical management and departmental efficiency. Evaluates, measures/casts/scans and records patient's limb or torso. - Prepares positive model accurately on model using plaster or in OMEGA Software., 2. RESPONSIBILITIES Experience Design & Execution • Translate user insights, data, and business goals into clear design direction, user flows, and interactive prototypes, • Design wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity UI that balance usability, visual polish, and brand consistency, • Own projects from concept through execution, ensuring thoughtful decision-making and attention to detail throughout, • Apply and evolve our design system to support consistency, scalability, and efficiency across digital experiences, • Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research, • Turn research findings into actionable design decisions that improve usability, engagement, and conversion, • Stay current on UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design tools, • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, collaboration, and the overall design process, • Participate in critiques, workshops, and cross-functional sprints to continuously improve design quality, • Partner with developers to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and well implemented QUALIFICATIONS • 5-7+ years of experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms, • Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; motion tools such as After Effects or similar are a plus), • Experience working within established design systems, • Strong foundation in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy, • Working knowledge of front-end principles (HTML/CSS) and how design choices impact development and performance, • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, • Clear, confident communicator who can explain design decisions and tell a compelling story, • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning work from start to finish., • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to balance user needs with business requirements, • Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Open to learning and experimenting with new tools and approaches, including AI-powered design tools, where they add value SALARY RANGE The pay range for this position is $87,000 to $114,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Overview The Senior Application Developer designs, develops, and enhances solutions across the company’s ERP system, Custom Compensation System, SQL Server environment, and intranet applications. The role includes building and maintaining custom ERP modules, integrations, and workflow automations using SQL Server, Power Apps, IDP, and other enterprise technologies. Responsibilities also include SQL Server DBA functions such as maintenance, patching, performance tuning, and security. The position supports ETL processes and reporting tools, including SSRS, Excel analytics, and Power BI, and contributes to automation initiatives involving RPA, AI tools, Azure services, and Power Platform solutions. The Senior Application Developer also provides technical leadership and guidance to developers working on ERP customizations.
