Ability to create proposals, contracts and estimates for designs, and follow up with the same. Capable of learning new landscape software Qualifications: Horticulture: Knowledge of plant / landscape material Associates degree (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a landscape design position Hands on experience in landscape design and construction Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong computer skills Job Responsibilities Include: Create computer design / image presentation for clients. Formulate cost estimates and written proposals. Visit with client to present proposal. Meeting / communicating with clients throughout project. Prepare site inventory and analysis through site visits and field observations. Work hand in hand with project manager on all aspects of the design / build process Interact and coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors.
