Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency that was founded ten years ago, in 2015. Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Work with the CN Guidance ACT Team to deliver services to those individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental illness and whose needs have not been met by more traditional service delivery approaches. Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Care Coordinator (PRCC) functions as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide skill-building, vocational, and care-coordination services to individuals diagnosed with mental health and/ or substance use disorders. The PRCC partners with clients to identify social, community, and skills-based needs, and works with individuals to develop skills needed for meeting those needs. This role directly serves clients, engages with clinical treatment team members, and advocates with community-service agencies to reduce reliance on the behavioral health system, increase wellness self-management, and promote recovery.
