Job Responsibilities * Solicit and secure orders for Safilo USA product lines within the assigned geographical area (Secaucus, NJ). * Grow market demand for the Safilo portfolio by managing and expanding a collection of customer accounts. * Act as a business consultant by providing expertise on product knowledge, merchandising, and programs. * Deliver volume and net-sales objectives across the full Safilo product portfolio. * Drive growth through the implementation of the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with strategic customers. * Develop and maintain an effective call cycle to achieve the desired service frequency required to meet sales objectives. * Ensure brand visual-merchandising standards are upheld and effectively utilize POP materials. * Conduct regular customer-staff trainings to reinforce product knowledge and ensure consistent brand-positioning messaging to patients/consumers. * Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers while partnering with the local sales team to prospect and acquire new accounts. * Demonstrate strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and a motivated, process-oriented approach with high attention to detail. * Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
