Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Call Center Representative who will supports customers within the services industry by managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong multitasking skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers seeking service assistance, updates, or information., • Make outbound calls to follow up on open service requests, confirm appointments, and provide updates on work progress., • Address customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction., • Process incoming service requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are logged into the system., • Coordinate with internal teams, field technicians, or third-party vendors to schedule services and dispatch tasks as needed., • Track the status of open service requests and ensure timely follow-up to keep customers informed throughout each job., • Document all interactions, service notes, and follow-ups in the CRM or client systems., • Maintain up-to-date records of calls, service orders, customer updates, and escalations., • Monitor email queues and respond promptly to customer inquiries., • Communicate service delays, scheduling conflicts, or urgent issues to supervisors or appropriate personnel., • Support the workflow of the call center by assisting teammates during high-volume periods.Qualifications:, • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or service-industry support role preferred., • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once., • Experience coordinating services or working with vendors/technicians is a plus., • Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications., • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Hours:, • 9:00am-5:00pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeEmployment Type:, • Contract to HireAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
