Job Description Primary Focus: Provides lead Project and Operations Management services for Construction Business Unit. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of all field personnel. Manages projects as directed by Business Unit Manager. Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Project Management • Responsible for the execution of the assigned projects. This is to include management of materials needed, sub-contractors, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable., • Visit job sites periodically, • Responsible for negotiating change orders to the contract. Generating out-of-contract work and processing change orders with the clients and vendors to ensure that all appropriate documentation is maintained in an acceptable format.
