We are seeking individuals interested in building a similar business and earning monthly income through this collaborative model. How does it work? As a business owner, you will establish your own small business entity (e.g., an LLC) and manage it in collaboration with Bryant. You will work alongside 2–3 experienced software developers or IT professionals responsible for technical work and identifying project opportunities. Your primary role will be to oversee business operations and fulfill necessary personal verification or onboarding requirements. Your Responsibilities 1. Business Setup: Register a business entity, such as an LLC, and establish foundational business information., 2. Team Collaboration: Build and manage a team of software developers or IT professionals, enabling them to contribute to business activities and client projects., 3. Onboarding: Complete identity verification, attend onboarding meetings, and undergo background checks or drug tests as required., 4. Operational Management: Maintain communication with your team, review key business decisions, and ensure smooth operational flow. What You Don't Need To Do • No programming knowledge is required., • You are not required to build software., • Daily technical project management is not expected., • You will not be solely responsible for client acquisition. Earnings Potential Income generated from projects is shared between you and your team. A typical business owner might expect to earn approximately $1,000–$1,500 per month per active project, with developers receiving their share for technical contributions. Responsabilities: • Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)., • Accounting for RSUs, ESPP, or equity compensation on individual tax returns, • Ability to handle forms 2555, 1116, 3520, 114, 8938, 8949, • Experience with cryptocurrency reporting & Recognition, • Assist with tax planning and compliance for clients across various industries., • Research tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for clients., • Support senior tax professionals in handling IRS and state tax notices., • Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Skills: • Extensive experience in tax accounting, including tax experience with corporate entities and non-profit organizations, • Strong knowledge of accounting principles such as GAAP, double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and financial statement preparation, • Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent tools for bookkeeping and financial analysis, • Familiarity with estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law to support comprehensive client or organizational needs, • Understanding of securities law, private equity, asset management, and regulatory reporting requirements, • Excellent analysis skills for account reconciliation, financial report writing, interpretation of financial statements, and financial analysis, • Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation efficiently, • Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting techniques, and non-profit accounting practices is a plus, • Strong technical accounting skills including asset management and financial planning expertise, • Effective communication skills for detailed report writing and analysis presentation, • Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax-related information. Experience: Tax accounting: 3 + years License/Certification: CPA (Required) or Enrolled Agent (Required)
