Overview: The Field Engineer will oversee and execute the project controls and management of a multiple disciplines. The main functions of the Field Engineer will include (but not limited to) responsibility for a specific area of the project such as direct support to a Craft Superintendent, quantity collection, scheduling, contract administration, project planning and scheduling, procurement, and project reporting. The Field Engineer role requires interfacing with all areas affected by the project including the client(s), engineering/design, subcontractors, distributors, vendors, and the ongoing strategic communication with project management regarding the status of the project. Location & Travel Details: You can be based in any city or state in the U.S.. This is a traveling, project based position, up to 100% of the time. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You’ll spend 8-18 months on average per project. We offer designated per diem in addition to an excellent base salary to support and help you cover living expenses. This position is eligible for mobilization support (may include mileage reimbursement), and includes one longer weekend every four weeks for additional time at home. The FACT Program is a multi-disciplinary, clinical team that assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation and support services to adult persons with severe and persistent mental illness promoting recovery, empowerment, self-determination, and decision-making for each FACT participant. Some of the responsibilities of the FACT team include providing clinical and supportive services through advocacy, crisis intervention, assessments, evaluations, treatment planning, case management, and medication management. Participants are also provided with community referrals, symptom education, work-related vocational and educational services, social and interpersonal relationship training, and support for the participants families and care givers. Most of a FACT team member's day is spent in the community completing many of the above duties. Only about 15% of their time is spent in the office. Company vehicles are available, however, members of the FACT team also need to use their personal vehicles to provide services and are eligible for reimbursement for mileage. The FACT team operates both during and after normal business hours, rotates holiday and weekend responsibilities, and team members rotate carrying an emergency on-call cell phone. Summary Objective The Inventory Control Superintendent supports the Inventory Control Manager by overseeing and helping maintain the accuracy, traceability, and control of all materials and components across production and storage areas. The Superintendent will help establish and enforce inventory control policies and procedures. This role ensures effective coordination between procurement, the Distribution Center, manufacturing and production teams while helping to manage digital tracking systems, forecasting, and inventory reporting to support operational efficiency and project timelines.
