Job DescriptionLuxury Premier MedSpa in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced, motivated, and sales-driven MedSpa Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, improve productivity, and help drive revenue growth in our luxury aesthetics and wellness practice. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in staff management, sales, KPIs, HR, patient experience, and practice operations. This role requires someone who can work independently, motivate a team, hold employees accountable, increase treatment conversions, support revenue goals, and create a professional, high-performing work environment. Responsibilities · Manage daily MedSpa operations, staff schedules, patient flow, and office productivity.· Lead, motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable.· Track and report key performance indicators including consultations, conversions, revenue, rebooking, retail sales, and provider productivity.· Support sales goals through patient follow-up, treatment plan conversion, package sales, and team training.· Improve systems for scheduling, lead follow-up, patient retention, reviews, and rebooking.· Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, documentation, and corrective action.· Handle staff concerns, patient issues, and workflow challenges professionally.· Handle operational and facilities concerns affecting workflows.· Ensure excellent patient experience, brand consistency, and high standards of service.· Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, marketing campaigns, and revenue-generating strategies.· Maintain compliance with office policies, HIPAA, OSHA, confidentiality, and medical office standards. Qualifications · 3–5 years of management experience preferred.· Experience in a MedSpa, aesthetics practice, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness center, or luxury service business preferred.· Strong sales experience and ability to meet revenue goals.· Experience tracking KPIs, staff performance, productivity, and conversions.· Strong HR skills including hiring, training, accountability, documentation, and conflict resolution.· Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.· Comfortable using EMR, scheduling software, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.· Knowledge of injectables, lasers, skin treatments, body contouring, hormones treatments, weight management, wellness, or aesthetic services is a plus. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, with potential for performance-based bonuses tied to revenue growth, productivity, and team performance.
