Job DescriptionDescription: The candidate will support the electrical design and test of Rate and Rate Integrating Gyroscopes. This will include the design of electrical gyroscope components such as motors, pickoffs and torquers, as well as custom built test fixtures and test harnesses. In addition, the candidate will assist in the design of tests and provide analytical support for testing Rate and Rate Integrating Gyroscopes, including Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), scale factor, transfer function, drift, alignment, and 1st and 2nd order system stability characteristics (gain/phase analysis), etc. EDUCATION: Minimum 4-year degree in electrical or electronics engineering, or other technical degree with appropriate work history or background. EXPERIENCE: 5+ years dealing with four or more of the following: Electronic product or component design and/or analysis Basic understanding of 1st or 2nd order control systems (servo systems, spring/mass/damper) Electronics systems (amplifiers, power supplies, demodulators, signal conditioning, filters) Electromechanical, mechanical, or electromagnetic systems Engineered (specialized) products to customer/government specifications Custom (product specific) Test systems Environmental testing (temperature, shock, vibration as a minimum) Hands-on design, test, and troubleshooting experience required SKILLS: Required skill set shall include as a minimum: Can interpret, digest, and produce technical specifications and procedures Computer literacy Excellent communications, presentation, and written skills, including customer facing Analytical (math) modeling capability, 1st and 2nd order systems Electrical test equipment operation skills, e.g.; DVM, oscilloscope, signal generator PC Board design Analog circuit design and component selection Servo (control system) analysis, and system design (1st and 2nd order systems), gain/phase analysis Additional skills desirable: Advanced test equipment operation skills, e.g.; spectrum analyzer, distortion meter, EMI analysis equipment Microcontroller/microprocessor based digital and/or mixed signal circuit and system design Magnetic circuit analysis and design capability Basic mechanical instruments skills, e.g.; micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, precision levels An outstanding self-starter with a can-do attitude willing to go above and beyond the normal Requirements:

Job Description DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Resident Experience & Service Excellence • Lead the move-in and first 30-day programs, including personal welcome receptions, post-move tours, introductions to residents, and structured check-ins at 10-day, 30-day, 60-day, and biannual intervals., • Manage communications with residents and families throughout the resident lifecycle (pre-admission, admission, maintenance, crisis, discharge), coordinating with ED and Case Manager to review service delivery failures., • Develop, implement, and enforce signature service standards covering greeting procedures, response times (24-hour non-urgent, 2-hour priority), complaint escalation, and resolution processes., • Establish service recovery protocols to ensure 95%+ resident satisfaction scores in non-care areas (Dining, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Programming)., • Collaborate with Culinary and Lifestyle teams to coordinate private family celebrations, holiday events, wine tastings, and cooking demonstrations., • Oversee seasonal décor updates and ensure alignment with brand standards in collaboration with Lifestyle Director., • Recruit, onboard, manage, and provide ongoing coaching to concierge team members (FT and PT)., • Provide guidance, but not direct oversight, to Dining Room and Housekeeping teams regarding service standards., • Develop monthly training programs covering senior-specific communication, hospitality practices, and sales-focused customer interactions., • Conduct quarterly performance reviews, implement recognition programs, and track hospitality service metrics using SOE standards in Power BI., • Oversee concierge operations, ensuring professional appearance, responsiveness, and hospitality-driven service., • Coordinate lifestyle activities, transportation, and entertainment bookings to enhance the resident experience., • Support alternative revenue initiatives, including guest dining, private event hosting, and premium service offerings., • Conduct daily walkthroughs of common areas, dining spaces, and high-traffic zones to identify and address issues immediately., • Participate in resident councils, suggestion programs, and satisfaction surveys, implementing action plans based on feedback., • Support sales team during prospective resident tours, highlighting hospitality standards and resident testimonials.

Essential Job Summary:: Operations Supervisor II is responsible for supervising the collections activities in one or more lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off and container delivery pick up). The Operations Supervisor II manages drivers and helpers and works with the Operations Hauling Manager to implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. The Supervisor ensures adherence to all accident prevention programs and leads operations to ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, operating, regulatory, accounting, ethics and other standards. Responsibilities include the execution and delivery of Safety, Customer Experience, and Efficiency while supporting a culture of employee engagement. Route Planning and Safety Awareness • Check in Drivers and helpers ensuring they are fit for duty, in uniform, and have proper PPE., • Understand and provide leadership to achieve and communicate about safety goals and objectives., • Analyze drivers’ routes to assess any unsafe conditions and work with the sales and dispatch team to remove unsafe conditions identified., • Partner with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment remains in working order and in compliance with safety standards., • Oversee effective safety and accident prevention programs to ensure all reasonable actions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries; ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees; implement and maintain an effective safety program., • Conduct route observations and coach drivers on safe driving and monitor progress., • Engage assigned employees in active participation to instill a culture of safety by demonstration of a personal commitment to safe operations and active personal outreach to operational employees., • Monitor telematic system for unsafe events (distracted driving, seatbelt use, speeding, etc) and coach employees on unsafe driving behaviors, • Perform route vehicle inspections – safety lane., • Respond to vehicle accidents and conduct preliminary investigations., • Survey a new stop for safe service., • Monitor/supervise DVIR pre and post trip activities by driver, • Ensure adherence to DOT regulations, environmental compliance, and municipal ordinances., • Maintain accurate route documentation, service records, and regulatory paperwork. Customer Experience • Provide service to all customers that meets or exceeds customer expectations with regard to the entire customer experience., • Understand missed pickup goals and meet or exceed expectations related to those goals., • Resolve unusual service requests, equipment breakdowns and schedule changes with timely communications to all stakeholders., • Interact with customers to solve and rectify any issues and improve the overall customer experience., • Communicate any changes/needs to the appropriate contact for Municipal work., • Onsite customer visits may be required periodically., • Serve as a positive representative of the Company to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company. Efficiency • Identifies, evaluates, and develops route assignments that are cost effective and meet business objectives., • Provides detailed analysis of route performance to ensure all pickups are made and are done on a timely manner., • Understand missed pickup goals and meet or exceed expectations related to those goals., • Review weight audit activity – following a truck., • Route audit to ensure we are not picking up cancelled customers., • Work with Dispatch to manage door traffic., • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance., • Verify proper waste segregation and disposal procedures are followed. Employee Engagement • Create a collaborative, communicative team environment and drive employee engagement with the Company., • Build and develop talent on the team, understand employees' career goals and provide coaching to get employees ready for advancement with the Company.
