This is a commission-only position, ideal for a self-starter with strong recruiting experience and a proven ability to build relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition within the healthcare sector, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and communication skills. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare positions, ensuring alignment with our organizational needs and culture. Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor (not a W-2 employee).
