ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and implement the Staff Action Plan for each participant (this could include ISP/Life Plan/SAP). This includes learning and understanding how to meet their mobility, dietary, medical, and behavioral needs. • Record data, daily and monthly notes, and any other billing documents accurately, and completely, and submit such records promptly.
