Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking: Lead the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of menu items with consistent quality. Ensure all dishes meet high taste and presentation standards. Creativity & Innovation: Develop and propose new menu items or enhancements to existing recipes. Collaborate with management on seasonal specials and promotions. Leadership: Oversee kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Maintain standard for techniques, safety, and food quality standards. Quality & Inventory Control: Maintain inventory levels, manage orders, and minimize waste. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health regulations. Customer Focus: Uphold a commitment to delivering exceptional food and customer service - charisma and friendliness. Qualifications: Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment; leadership experience is a plus. Strong culinary skills with the ability to produce high-quality dishes consistently. Creativity and a knack for crafting flavorful, appealing dishes. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
