Job Description Hope For Youth is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and service-driven HR Tech & Data Workflow Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Amityville NY. This vital role ensures smooth HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, systems processing, and team coordination. You'll focus on improving HR data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and optimizing tools and systems - with a strong emphasis on using MS365 applications, ADP Workforce Now, ATS, and other data workflow platforms. You'll also support key initiatives around recruitment, retention, analytics, and employee engagement.
