This role is highly proactive, detail-oriented, and technology-driven, with a strong focus on improving processes, enhancing employee experience, and transitioning benefit administration into a more digital and automated environment (including Paylocity modules and online workflows). The ideal candidate will take ownership of the benefits function, ensure compliance, meet all deadlines, and actively recommend improvements to benefit offerings and administration processes.
