The Role: We’re seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements. Primary Responsibilities: • Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs., • Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services., • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis., • Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs., • Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes. Qualifications: • BCBA certification in good standing., • Master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline., • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Pay Rate: $100,000 Annually.
