Position Overview: As a Dental Assistant, you will play an integral role in assisting our dentists with patient care, ensuring that all procedures are conducted smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the dentist during patient exams and procedures, • Take and prepare X-rays for review (X-ray license required), • Sterilize dental instruments and ensure proper infection control, • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, • Maintain patient records and update treatment plans, • Manage appointment scheduling and office paperwork, • Keep treatment areas clean and organized, • Ensure proper inventory management of dental supplies Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (required), • X-ray License (required — please do not apply without it), • Previous dental assistant experience is a plus, but not required, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, • Knowledge of dental office procedures and sterilization protocols Compensation: • Hourly rate: $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience Why Join Us? • Flexible part-time and full-time options, • Competitive pay based on experience, • Friendly, supportive team environment, • Opportunities for growth and advancement in your dental career
