THE ROLE As a Esthetician / Front of House, you’ll support the smooth running of the studio while delivering exceptional customer experiences and FACEGYM services. WHAT YOU'LL DO Customer Experience & Sales Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the clients experience in the studio, while having strong focus on maximizing retail potential and client retention. Responsible for selling the brands’ unique offerings, workouts, homecare products, and maintaining firm understanding of all, as they become updated with company business. Demonstrate the ability to attract and entice customers with effective retail theatre, incorporating the client journey & brand story. Confidently answer all client inquiries regarding FaceGym workouts, while communicating accurate contraindications to clients at point of booking. Manage customer complaints with confidence, and overcome selling challenges, both in the studio and over the phone. Demonstrate self-marketing abilities through word-of-mouth advertising, participation in events, social media, and strive to grow both personal and studio business. Studio Operations & Front of House Coordinate smooth running of daily business, while effectively communicating the company cancellation and lateness policy to clients, and appropriately enforcing as necessary, with tact and professionalism. Ensuring the front desk and workstations are clean according to Health & Safety guidelines, and stocked with the products and tools/equipment necessary to carry out all FaceGym services and job tasks. Communicate effectively and professionally with all the whole team throughout the day and day-to-day handover, making the team aware of any challenges may arise. Demonstrate full proficiency of Zenoti system booking system, and all operating point-of-sale systems, registers and card machines. Work to support management by through necessary cover across studio locations, when necessary, to further support the brand and drive the business forward. Meet individual targets and performance goals, and accurately completing all required paperwork and reports for the store and the team. FACEGYM Workouts & Standards Must be able to effectively deliver all menu services and “workouts” after successful completion of FaceGym bootcamp training. Portray a professional image at all times, ensuring high-standard representation of the brand, and consistently maintaining a positive demeanour while engaging with all stakeholders. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene while adhering to FaceGym uniform and grooming guidelines. Maintain clean and presentable work stations, practicing proper sanitization methods and genuine care of the many tools and high-end equipment devices. WHO YOU ARE Must be eligible to work in the US, and have a valid New York Esthetician License. Must be flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, evenings and rotating holidays, including minimum four (4) weekend shifts per month. Must be able to effectively deliver all menu services and “workouts” after successful completion of FaceGym bootcamp training. Must be able to stand for minimum 3 hours while performing consecutive workouts, and demonstrate safe practice of body mechanics and self-care techniques throughout. Trainers are paid according to the standard pay structure of “hourly versus commission” wherein the gross earned weekly salary will be equivalent to whichever sum amount is higher – total service commission (which is issued at 18% of the pre-taxed menu price) or the total hourly pay for all clocked hours that fall under the ‘primary duty’ category of client service time (issued at $25 per hour). $40/hr event pay. As a Product Manager, you'll be working across complex spaces (Fintech, Healthcare, HR Tech - all with serious policy/regulatory environments). That will require you to have a keen intuition for customer needs, risk management, and commercialization. The Contractor Pod's mission is to build one unified product experience for every business that pays a contractor through Justworks, whether that contractor is based in the US or abroad, paid in dollars or a local currency, engaged for a single project or on an ongoing basis. These flows evolved separately over time and don't yet feel like one product; closing that gap is what this pod exists to do. Contractor is also often the very first way a small business engages with Justworks, well before it's ready for a full PEO, EOR, or global payroll relationship. That makes this pod's work both a product bet and a growth bet: get the contractor experience right, and it becomes the front door to everything else Justworks offers. As a Senior Product Manager on this team, you'll drive the roadmap for one or more contractor-focused initiatives, from unifying how contractors get paid regardless of currency or classification, to building bulk and recurring payment capabilities for businesses paying many contractors at once. You'll scope and prioritize with research-backed case development and work through the complete product development lifecycle to successful delivery. A meaningful part of this role is navigating a genuinely complex regulatory landscape, since contractor classification and pay rules vary by country. You'll need to build a sharp, data-backed point of view and partner closely with legal and international operations to make calls in areas where policy is still being defined. As a champion for your team's focus and productivity, you'll remove obstacles and develop team camaraderie to ensure maximum, high-quality output that aligns with Justworks' business objectives. Though not yet actively teaching product management, you'll operate independently within your scope and clearly articulate the reasoning behind your decisions to your peers and cross-functional stakeholders. You'll own execution across the contractor roadmap, working alongside a parallel platform initiative that's rebuilding the underlying data and identity foundations this product depends on, and making sure product decisions and platform work stay in lockstep rather than drifting apart. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with engineering and design to ship against a fast-moving roadmap, and with legal, international operations, and customer-facing teams to understand where the current experience breaks down and how to prioritize fixing it. • Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Contractor, • Conduct high-quality research to inform case development and product decisions., • Demonstrate expertise in the PDLC and effectively tie insights to roadmap outcomes., • Scope, prioritize, and execute projects to deliver measurable business impact while ensuring clarity on objectives, leverage, and accountability for outcomes., • Partner deeply with Design and Engineering peers and organize and lead effective team processes and routines., • Demonstrate a rich understanding of engineering concepts, concerns and tradeoffs, and effectively communicate them to manage stakeholder expectations around deadlines and scope., • Drive camaraderie with your team while demonstrating effective collaboration with PMs across other pods/teams., • Identify and take on opportunities beyond core responsibilities to support product strategy and drive impact.
