Responsibilities: • Manage assigned aging report, • Account reconciliation, • Credit approvals, • Effectively communicate by phone and/or email with our customer base and internal departments who’s quick responses for their jobs depend on our quick responses to them., • Assist in resolving customer billing issues, • 1-2 years of accounting/ accounts receivable experience a plus, • Ability to work in a very fast paced and high volume environment, • Ability to multitask, • Good judgement, • Independent worker, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Basic math and analytical skills, • Individual must be well organized and detail oriented to produce high degree of accuracy, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel is a plusThe hourly rate for this role will be $25.00-$30.00/hr and will be based on experience.
