About Greencrown Energy Greencrown Energy is a nationally recognized leader in energy advisory for multi-facility organizations. We've grown every year for the past eight years, averaging nearly 40% annual growth, entirely organically and with no outside funding. That growth earned us a place on both the 2025 and 2026 Inc. 5000 lists of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Our clients include some of the nation's leading multi-facility portfolios and purchasing groups. We help them lower utility operating costs and simplify complex decisions through energy procurement, utility data management, active price monitoring, demand-side management, and decarbonization. Our team of supplier- and advisory-side veterans combines technology-driven tools with turnkey execution. We don't just recommend strategy; we carry it out. Our mission is to be the nation's most trusted and professional multi-facility energy advisory firm. The Opportunity We're looking for an energy industry veteran to lead new business origination and help shape Greencrown's next stage of growth, working directly with ownership and reporting to our Partner & President. This is a production-first, player-coach role, and it comes with a head start. Greencrown has an established network of channel partners, along with significant untapped opportunity within those relationships. You'll activate that network quickly while building what comes next: sourcing your own enterprise clients, opening new partner channels, and ultimately building a business development team and function that produces well beyond the relationships you inherit. You'll work directly with the people who built the firm, helping determine which partners we invest in, which markets we pursue, and how the function scales. You'll work directly with ownership, with no outside investors between you and a decision. You'll hire and coach the producers who scale the team. And once accounts close, our Operations, Account Management, and Energy Strategy teams take over, so your time stays focused on origination, relationships, and growth. You get the stability of a profitable, self-funded firm with the upside and autonomy of a growth company. How We Work Our vision is to be the partner customers rely on for judgment, the platform where the best professionals and partners build their business, and the place where top talent does the best work of their careers. For a producer who has spent years carrying a firm's reputation into every meeting, that means joining a firm that carries its weight too. Our values are Accountability, Professionalism, Proactivity, Exceeding Expectations, and Education. These aren't aspirational statements; they're the standards we hold ourselves to every day. We serve two customers: partners trust us with their clients, and clients trust us with their decisions. If you've been the person holding the standard at your last firm, here you'll be surrounded by people who hold it with you.
