    Job Title: Shift Lead Location: Juici Patties Reports To: Store Manager / Kitchen Management experience is required Job Summary: The Shift Lead at Juici Patties is responsible for supervising daily shift operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction. You’ll support the team by coordinating tasks, managing workflow, and stepping in wherever help is needed — whether it’s at the counter, kitchen, or with customer service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods.
