The Dishwasher supports kitchen operations by keeping all dishware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and overall efficiency in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and other kitchen items following sanitation standards. Operate dishwashing machine and hand-wash fragile or oversized items. Restock clean items in proper storage areas to support kitchen flow. Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area (sweep, mop, empty trash). Assist with general kitchen cleaning and other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry items for long shifts. Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety practices.
