We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundromat Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient laundry facility. The attendant will assist customers, monitor equipment, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with machine operation and payment systems Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift Monitor washers, dryers, and folding areas for proper use Report machine malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly Handle basic cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, wiping machines, and emptying trash Enforce laundromat rules to ensure a safe and respectful environment Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally Open and/or close the facility as scheduled Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service or retail experience a plus Ability to work independently and stay attentive during shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks Work Environment & Schedule: Indoor, customer-facing environment Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Training provided Opportunities for advancement (if applicable)
