Set up meetings to resolve outstanding issues, as needed, • Be an advocate for improvement in to all facets of the program, • Master's degree in one of the following human services professional fields (including, but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation, counseling or psychology) required, • 1-2 years’ experience and training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) supports for people with autism highly preferred, • General knowledge of theories and principles of behavioral analysis, assessments and goal development preferred, • Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities/autism required, • Clean and valid Driver’s license is required, • Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items required QSAC is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism, together with their families, in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.
