Compensation: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience) Overview We are looking for a passionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. Our kitchen is built around fresh ingredients, thoughtful execution, and genuine hospitality. Responsibilities Food Preparation & Execution • Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards., • Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations before, during, and after service., • Execute service efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail., • Follow plating specifications and portion standards., • Assist with daily prep and production to ensure smooth service. Kitchen Operations • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout every shift., • Properly store, rotate, label, and date all products using FIFO procedures., • Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory., • Help maintain prep lists and communicate inventory needs to kitchen leadership., • Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and maintaining kitchen organization. Food Safety & Sanitation • Maintain compliance with all Department of Health regulations and food safety standards., • Follow proper food handling, storage, and allergen protocols., • Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas remain clean and sanitized at all times., • Practice safe knife handling and proper equipment operation. Teamwork • Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks, and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service., • Communicate clearly during service and assist teammates whenever needed., • Maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts and contribute to a respectful, professional kitchen culture., • Be open to coaching and continuous learning. Qualifications • 3–5 years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred., • Experience working multiple stations is a plus., • Strong work ethic and attention to detail., • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment., • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices., • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays., • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
