Key Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy (in-person and/or telehealth) to adults dealing with trauma, self-sabotage, chronic self-doubt, and relationship challenges. Actively contribute to the evolving culture and growth of the practice through thoughtful feedback and participation in team initiatives. Maintain all necessary licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements in accordance with state and ethical standards. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Active independent licensure in New Jersey (LAC). Minimum of 6 months of post-graduate clinical experience Open to be trained in our Proprietary Method and integrate it as your core clinical framework. Experience or strong interest in EMDR, inner child work, or somatic-based approaches. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
