Job DescriptionOverview We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent conflict management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This role is vital in preventing loss, managing emergencies, and upholding safety protocols across our facility. Responsibilities • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism., • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if certified., • Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance by staff and visitors., • Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches., • Assist with loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behaviors and intervening when necessary., • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required., • Manage conflict situations professionally to de-escalate potential threats or disputes.Qualifications, • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred., • Strong observational skills with attention to detail., • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills., • Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or stressful situations., • Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is a plus.
