We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Sales Agents. Responsibilities include: - Making outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in life insurance. - Engaging with prospects to assess their financial needs and life insurance requirements. - Building rapport quickly and effectively over the phone to understand clients’ unique situations. - Presenting life insurance solutions based on clients’ needs, clearly explaining policy options, features, and benefits. - Handling objections with confidence and guiding prospects toward an informed decision. - Processing applications and ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and submitted. - Following up with leads regularly to nurture client relationships and maintain strong communication. - Closing sales by delivering compelling value propositions, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals. - Tracking your calls and progress within the CRM system to maintain accurate client records. Preferred Qualifications: - Sales experience, especially in phone sales or customer service, is a plus. - Proven ability to close sales at a high rate. - College education is a plus. - Proficiency with computer applications and technology. Compensation: Commission pay with no ceiling on earnings.
