This position is not remote We are looking for a New Business Development Manager in the field who will help us build and maintain relationships between our company and its current and potential contractors. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and personable with the ability to quickly make a positive first impression, consistent communication, and follow-ups. In this role, you will uphold and build relationships with a broad variety of contractors to allow us to become their preferred provider when disaster strikes. You will manage a specific territory generating leads and building sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, emailing, social media, newsletters, in-person events, educational events, and other sales and marketing activities to network. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in an energetic, collaborative office environment and wants to shape the social media vision for major national and global brands across lifestyle, consumer, home furnishings, defense, and financial sectors. What Were Looking For • 5+ years of social media experience, ideally within an agency environment managing multiple client accounts., • Proven expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign analytics., • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and light Adobe tools., • Experience withboosting or paid social(even light campaign management preferred)., • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate results and recommendations directly to clients., • Bachelors degree required; management experience (even leading interns) highly preferred., • Creative, curious, and analytical mindset someone whos eager to test, learn, and continually improve., • Backgrounds related tointerior design, lifestyle, fashion, retail, wellness, or hospitalityare a plus.
