Responsibilities - Develop and implement art curriculum that meets educational standards - Instruct students on principles of art and techniques in various mediums - Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their artistic abilities - Organize and oversee art projects and exhibitions - Maintain a well-equipped and organized art classroom/studio - Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art across different subjects Requirements - Experience working with students in an educational setting is required - Knowledge or experience in tutoring, sports coaching, theater, babysitting, camp counseling, or early childhood education is a plus - Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial - Strong classroom management skills - Understanding of childhood development principles Benefits
We provide an incentive depending on how many of our students sign up for your class. - 5 students at the minimum: $60 per hour - 6-9 students: $70 per hour - 10+ students: $80 per hour
