Job Description Position Summary The Hybrid Reconstruction/Mitigation Technician is a versatile and critical role, responsible for performing both the initial emergency mitigation services (water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, temporary board-ups) and the subsequent light to moderate reconstruction and repair work necessary to restore the property to pre-loss condition.
