Responsible for the overall functioning of the program and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state and federal regulations. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred, in human services EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of two years of experience in a residential program DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee and supervise all aspects of the assigned residential program(s) and assure that appropriate and necessary services are delivered., • Ensure that all program guidelines, protocols, policies, procedures and regulations are followed., • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training and ongoing evaluation of residential staff under the supervision of the Program Manager and/or Assistant Director., • Develop of a sense of team through training and ongoing supervision, support and evaluation of residential staff, including disciplinary actions, when needed. The Assistant General Manager will work with a passionate team of Front of the House team members on an opening, mid or closing shift dedicated to the overall guest experience.
